Te Hā Noa

Te Hā meaning “The breath is the essence of life itself, encompassing all the senses” and Noa “Is to be free within the journey to experience”

Located to Auckland’s midtown CBD on Victoria Street, Te Hā Noa, is a key pedestrian & transport project that makes it easier to move through, with improved access to and from the recently completed CRL Te Waihorotiu Station.

Key features include large green spaces, wider footpaths, large format public seating, as well as improved lighting, cycling and public transport options. Two significant public artworks have also been commissioned further enhancing the public space.

Walkspace, working with Jasmax and JFC provided technical design and supply services of the various large format bespoke seating elements, encapsulated within raised garden beds employed widely throughout the site. Fabricated in stainless steel with class 1 Purple Heart hardwood slats, the seating offers the public a generous space to meet, relax and socialise. Also supplied, Auckland Council’s CBD Suite Seating & Bench’s, BN_02 Twin Recycling Bins, DF_02 Drinks Fountains, BR_02 Bike Racks and BR_02 E Electric Scooter Racks.
