Te Puna Mahara - Cromwell Memorial Hall

Located alongside Lake Dunstan in Cromwell, Central Otago, the new community hall and surrounding landscape commemorates the fallen from the two World Wars and provides the community with a world class auditorium, museum, cinema, café and multi use events spaces.

Lead architects Jasmax & SA Studio formed the design principles of connectivity, flexibility and adaptability that support the longevity of the centre as a vital cultural heart.

Aukaha , consultants to Kai Tahu ensured the design reflected the local identity, history and story telling of local mana whenua.

Working with Naylor Love and Jasmax, Walkspace provided a modified version of our ARP seating designs to compliment the architecture and surrounds.
